FINAL CALL FOR PAPERS European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design, 2003 E C C T D ' 0 3 "New Trends in Circuits and Systems in the Third Millenium" 1-4 September 2003, Krakow, Poland http://ecctd03.zet.agh.edu.pl The 16th European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design ECCTD'03 will be devoted to all aspects of circuit theory and techniques and both analog and digital signal processing. The emphasis in the conference program is on new circuits, simulation, modeling, and signal processing. In particular, design techniques for future telecommunication systems as well as system architectures and circuit implementations for neural computing are covered in the program. ECCTD is the leading international conference on electrical and electronic circuits and systems held in Europe. It is organized under the patronage of European Circuit Society (ECS), and sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, IEEE Poland Section. The presentations will be in the form of contributed and invited papers in regular, special, and poster sessions. Authors are invited to submit original technical papers describing novel research and engineering developments in the areas listed below. DEADLINE FOR PAPER SUBMISSIONS: February 28th, 2003 Full four-page version of papers in pdf format should be submitted via conference web-page for both regular and special sessions. Please select "For Authors" at http://ecctd03.zet.agh.edu.pl and read the instructions for preparation and submission of papers.
